Project vs Template

• Template: Saves the Design layout only. Does not save the specific meaningful data rows (names, addresses). Used for recurring jobs with fresh data.
• Project: Saves the Design AND the Data. Used for pausing your work and coming back later.

Saving a Project

1. Click Save in the header.
2. Choose Save Project.
3. It saves to your browser's local storage or your account cloud storage (if logged in).

Auto-Save

We implement aggressive local auto-saving. If you accidentally close the tab, reopen SheetsToLabels, and we will prompt you to "Restore previous session".

Note: For critical work, always manually save or export the PDF as a backup.
