General
Is SheetsToLabels free to use?
Yes, SheetsToLabels offers a free tier that allows you to design and print labels. We also have paid plans for users who need advanced features like high-volume printing, priority support, and custom paper sizes. See our Pricing page for details.
Do I need to install any software?
No. SheetsToLabels is entirely web-based. You can access it from any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Printing & Troubleshooting
Why are my labels misaligned?
The most common cause of misalignment is browser print settings.
- Ensure "Scale" is set to "100%" or "Actual Size".
- Make sure "Fit to Page" is unchecked.
- Check that the Paper Size in the printer dialog matches your design (e.g., A4 vs Letter).
My images look blurry on the PDF.
Ensure your source images are high quality. For best results, use images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Data & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your spreadsheet data is processed locally in your browser when possible or processed securely on our servers for specific operations. We do not sell your data. If you are a free user, temporary data may be cleared after your session ends.
What happens if I have empty rows in my spreadsheet?
Empty rows might result in blank labels being generated. We recommend deleting completely empty rows from your Excel or CSV file before uploading.
Can I use Google Sheets?
Yes! You can connect directly to a Google Sheet. This allows you to keep your data in Google Drive and simply "refresh" the connection in SheetsToLabels whenever you add new rows.
