Stop reinventing the wheel. If you have a design you use frequently, save it as a template.

Creating a Template

  1. Design your label perfectly.
  2. Click Save -> Save as Template.
  3. Name it clearly (e.g., "Monthly Networking Badge").

reusing a Template

  1. When you start a new session, click My Templates.
  2. Select your saved template.
  3. Import New Data: You can now upload a different Excel file. As long as the column headers match the merge fields (e.g., you still have a Name column), the design will populate instantly with the new people.
