The column menu connects one spreadsheet column to an element. When one text box needs several columns, select Custom text (combine fields) and use the field buttons to build content such as:
{{First Name}} {{Last Name}}
{{City}}, {{State}} {{ZIP}}Field names must exactly match the spreadsheet headers. Ordinary text repeats on every label; fields inside {{ }} change for each row. See Combine Multiple Columns with Custom Text for detailed steps.
