How to print and assemble the poster
The hard part is usually the printer dialog, not the tiling. Keep scale at 100% so seams line up.
1Print at 100% / Actual size
Open the PDF and turn off Fit to page, Shrink to printable area, and any auto-scale. Use the same paper size you chose in the tool.
2Use overlap and cut marks
A small overlap (about 5–10 mm) gives you a strip to align. Trim along the inner cut marks so neighboring tiles share the same edge of the image.
3Follow the assembly map
Page one can include a labeled grid (row, column). Lay tiles face down in that order and tape from the back for a cleaner front.
4Proof one tile first
Print a single middle tile to check color, margins, and scale before burning through ink on a 3×3 or larger poster.
