SheetsToLabels shares the same team with Scanned PDF Translator. We keep the products separate so each one can stay focused on its own workflow, but they are part of the same broader product family.

What We Build

SheetsToLabels focuses on automated workflows where structured spreadsheet data becomes print-ready files or populated documents. We build tools that make it easy to merge, design, and export templates in batch:

  • Address Label Maker & Avery® Designer: Create and print postal address labels, mailing lists, and shipping stickers. Fully compatible with standard templates (like Avery 5160®, 8160®, A4 layouts) and custom dimensions.
  • Bulk Barcode & QR Code Generator: Generate product tags, asset labels, warehouse stickers, and event ticket badges directly from data rows. Supports standard formats like Code 128, EAN, UPC, and QR Codes.
  • PDF Mail Merge & Form Filler: Automate document generation by bulk-filling PDF templates (such as W-9 tax forms, ACORD 25 insurance certificates, contracts, and invoices) from spreadsheets, with bulk ZIP package downloads.
  • Universal Data Integration: Import datasets seamlessly from Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV files, Google Sheets (via direct account sync), and Airtable databases (using our Airtable Label Maker or Airtable PDF Generator).
  • Place Card Maker: Create and print custom place cards, escort cards, and name tags for weddings, dinners, and corporate events. Fully supports spreadsheet data imports for bulk generation.
  • Scanned PDF Translator: Translate scanned documents, images, or PDF files into other languages while preserving the original layout, styling, and formatting using AI-powered OCR.
